The Space
The interior and exterior of the house are all the original Shiplap (cheers to Chip & Joanna!) and I kept the original 100yr old cedar floors untouched. The House has 4 rentable bedrooms downstairs, each with a private bathroom, and the upstairs is my private master suite. The Kitchen area & Dining Room are the common spaces. There is a huge covered front porch, a back porch, grill/firepit area, and a large backyard. Most importantly though, I am a Baylor Alum – SIC'EM!!!!!

Guest Access
Feel Free to bring your own food to cook – any condiments & spices in the house are available for you to use, along with all the pots, pans, & dishes. Enjoy the coffee & tea options and cream & sugars as well! There is free high-speed Wi-Fi in the house, smart TV's with free guest access to Netflix in each bedroom. There's a washer & dryer, Iron & Hair Dryer for all to use, which is located in the kitchen area. There's a 10ft perimeter fence and a wrought iron fence in the front. The wrought-iron gate out front (a code is needed for entry), a gate in the back parking area (code needed), an electronic door lock on the front & back doors (code needed), and lastly an electronic lock on each of the bedroom doors (you guessed it, a code is needed!) Lots of good security!

*If you find some dates that show unavailable, please reach out to me to see if I can free up any days for you, as I don't rent all of our bedrooms all of the time.
