Located in downtown Waco, Jake's offers southern diner style food in an atmosphere that will take you back to the '50s. Burgers are served in hubcaps, and they offer blue plate specials on weekdays.

The term “Texas Tea” was originally used to describe crude oil, black gold. It became a popular term in the 1960's.

Locally owned, Jake's is Texas home cooking worth leaving home for! Desserts are baked fresh daily and vary from day to day. Jake's has a daily lunch special during the week and amazing southern-style, made-from-scratch meals. Jake's features an Elvis performance the first Saturday of each month and a Marilyn Monroe performance each second Saturday. The other Saturdays of the month Andy Jane or other musicians provide the entertainment. Serving many TX crafted beers as well.
