Opened in January 2017, Hymnsinger House is located just over a mile from all that downtown Waco offers, and centrally located to the city as a whole. The house is a blend of old and new. Interior and exterior accents were created from wood salvaged from an 1896 barn/carriage house which was on the property.

The property has two separate rooms available. Each includes a private bathroom.

The Ground Floor Room features a comfortable queen bed, ground floor access from parking adjacent to the building entrance. Parking is right at the door.  Covered parking available. The main area of the second-floor unit includes a queen bed, twin bed, sitting area, dining table, kitchen, full bathroom with shower,  and a walk-in closet.  A love seat pulls out to a sleeper twin bed.  A quick trip up the ladder leads to a cozy loft for reading, playing games, or visiting.  Parking adjacent to building entrance.  Amenities include A/C & Heat, Alarm Clock, Desk, DVD Player, Hairdryer, Iron/Ironing board, Linen and Towels Provided, Microwave, Non-Smoking, Queen Bed, One Twin Beds, Twin Sleeper Sofa,  Television, Tea/Coffee Making, Toaster, Hot Plate, Wireless Internet, Full-Size Fridge, Private bathroom with Shower, and Ceiling Fans.
