The unit is located in the Uptown neighborhood, just adjacent to downtown, with Pinewood Coffee Roasters and Harvest on 25th just around the corner!

Private entrance with keyless entry allows you as much privacy as you want!

Two bicycles are available at no additional charge allowing you to explore Waco up-close and personal!

This is a cozy little studio bedroom in approximately 140 sq. ft. of space nestled in the back of Waco's local art supply store. We try to do a good job of showing the room from several angles on the listing photos so you know what to expect. You should have everything you need in one cozy spot!

This suite is fully equipped with a queen-size bed, full bathroom, and a small kitchenette.

The bathroom features a modern style, subway tiled, walk-in shower with a rain shower head. The small, modern, wall-mounted sink helps to maximize the use of the small space. The bathroom is equipped with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience!

The kitchenette includes a small fridge with a separate freezer compartment, a microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. A selection of K-cup coffees, teas, and hot cocoa will be available for your use along with breakfast bars for an on-the-go snack!

A smart TV is mounted on the wall above the kitchenette allowing you to log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Sling TV, etc. accounts.

There is a small closet in the unit for your hanging clothes and luggage. Also provided to you is an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. Also, your unit is directly connected to the laundry room, so if you have a need to use the washer and dryer, just shoot us a message!

You will have access to your room and bathroom as pictured in the listing photos. This is your own private space.

The backyard is a shared space that does have an in-ground fire pit available for your use. (Firewood is not provided but can be picked up at local grocery and/or hardware stores.) If you are traveling with a dog, please be sure to pick up after them in the yard and throughout the neighborhood.

Directly connected to the unit is a laundry room which can be used upon request.
