We have two islands in the kitchen and an open floor plan with a spacious living area, complete with a working fireplace, which makes our house a great place for gathering together with family and friends. We also have a back yard that is perfect for having fun or relaxing. You can cook some burgers on the grill, and afterward, relax on the large covered front or back porches or play a fun game on the volleyball or basketball courts. Our home is nestled on a sizable lot with sprawling shade trees in a safe, quiet neighborhood only a short walk from Lake Waco. Our house is centrally located in Waco about ten minutes away from Magnolia, fifteen minutes away from Baylor, five minutes away from HEB, the closest grocery store, and if you need your caffeine fix, we're only five minutes away from Starbucks.
